REAL Training - Indoor
2018-2019 indoor session will start December 10th and go through February 11th. Practices will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Balch Field House on the CU Boulder Campus (indoor track).
Please note that we will have a few Monday practices that are later than normal schedule from 7:30pm - 9:00pm. These will take place on January 14th and 28th, as well as, February 4th and 11th.

This is absolutely mandatory. Every practice, meet, and event will be posted on the Team App schedule. In addition I post updates, cancellations, meet info/registration, and results on this app. This app also shows the roster of the entire team, with their contact information. To sign up, go to the app store and download the "Team App". (The logo is green and the app is free.) Once you have downloaded it, sign up for an account. After you have signed up, they will send you an email which you must open in order to activate your account. Once your account is activated, open the app up and search "Real Training Club". Choose the one with the black and white team photo of everyone. Once you click on this it should ask you if you want to become a member; click on this. It will then ask you your reason for joining, you must enter something in this section otherwise your membership request will not send. (You can just type in a letter, it doesn't matter.) I will receive all of your access requests and you will have access to the schedule, documents and information. Make sure you have your notifications turned on for the app so that you can be notified when there are updates.

REAL Training - Fall Training
2018 fall session will start August 14th and go through October 18th. Practices will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:30pm. Location is TBD.

Running and lifting workouts all year round online.
Fall: August 13 - October 19
Winter: November 26 - January 31
Spring: February 25 - May 20
Summer: May 27 - July 22
