REAL Central Winter Training 2023-24
REAL Winter Training for Boulder County and surrounding area. This is a full featured Training program for Middle and High School aged athletes.
REAL Training Central Winter Session starts November 6, 2023 through February 17, 2024. Practices start promptly after the completion of the High School sports season.
All meets are optional, and their costs are in addition to the training fee. Athletes from all sports and ability levels are invited to join. The focus will be on the mechanics of sport movement, agility, and strength. The Winter program is designed to maximize the athletic potential and ability of every participant, as well as maintain and increase fitness for Spring sports. The track modality focus will be distances 800M and below, Jumps and Throws.
Winter Training Season November 6 - February 14
Choose sessions individually or in total depending on your needs
Session #1: Nov 6- Dec 27—$375
Session #2: Jan 2– Feb 17—$425
The REAL Speed, Agility & Plyo’s, Tuesdays Only, at Glory Star, is available separately from Nov 7– Feb 13 for $225, or $40 per day Drop-in rate. This training is included in the regular sessions.
Pay for Session #1 and #2 by November 15th, for discounted rate of $775
